10/11/2010 10:18:01 PM - Abe You will probably hate me for asking another question about your book, but at least this one is not about when it is coming out. Is the book for purely geared-powerlifting, or will it be beneficial to raw guys as well? I was guessing the new book is for geared guys and that raw guys should just stick with the old book. Thanks. Abe,
It has sections for both - so don't worry. Jim

| Indice nuovo libro Wendler:
So I finally finished the 5/3/1 for Powerlifting book today. I'm gonna go help build a chopper this weekend and come back to it and make sure it's what I want - and then send it to get edited. So far, I am very pleased with it as it is very easy to understand and very easy to implement.
Here is the table of contents for the 5/3/1 for Powerlifting book...
* A Declaration * 5/3/1 Training * 5/3/1 for Powerlifting: An Overview * Off Season Training * Pre Meet Training * Meet Prep Training * N.O.V Powerlifting * Training for the Non Competitive Powerlifter * Old Man Winter: Training for Mr. Gray Pubes * Assistance Work * To Pause or Not to Pause- The Bench Press * Using Knee Wraps * Box Squats vs. Free Squats * Choosing a Shoe * Squatting in Gear * Benching in a Shirt * Deadlifting in a Suit * Rich T. Baggins Squat Cycle * Circa Max Training * Your First Powerlifting Meet * Meet Checklist
